This Verjuice is made from unfermented, early season premium Hunter Valley grapes from the Greenway Vineyard in Broke.
Use Verjuice in your cooking instead of wine, vinegar, or lemon juice - as it is much milder and brings out the flavour and 'brightens' the food with our 'masking' or overriding any of the subtle characters of the dish.

Alternatively you can enjoy verjuice super chilled with plenty of ice.
